Accounts are provided to enrolled customers. We don’t send promotional emails.
If requested, we will store your credentials in encrypted fashion on the device for ease of
use. Credit card information, once entered, is not stored on the device, however
tokenization of this information is stored on a secured server for future use.
Technical basics
We never use notifications for marketing use. Our server software may also store basic
technical information, such as your IP address, in temporary memory or logs.

We use Google Analytics to track application usage and crash statistics.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, apps, and customer

instance, all communication with the app and website requires HTTPS with certificate
pinning. Passwords are hashed, notstored, using industry-standard methods.

You may access or change your information or delete your account from the iOS app.
Utility Billing Services may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as
technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or
any other reason.

distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
